Erika Smart

With both a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Communication Studies, Erika has focused her work on public relations, media management, and organizational communications. Erika calls herself a, "Public servant for life" and has spent the last decade working with nonprofit and government organizations. Erika shares her passion for communication studies by also continuing to teach public speaking courses at the local community college and volunteers with local nonprofits whenever she has the chance. Erika has a variety of speaking experience from presenting at competitions, conferences, seminars, meetings, commencement ceremonies, media interviews, and she has coached competitive speech and debate students at the college level.
