My mom says 2 traits popped up at an early age - talking and questioning...a lot! I think it may have driven her nuts when I was really young, but this drive for communicating and asking "why"​ has lead me to the professional path I now travel. Superpowers can be used for good!

I thrive on communicating with as many people as possible, and evoking awareness and evolution within myself and others. And, due to my desire to question Standard Operating Procedures, I can do what other Coaches/Trainers may not because I do not rely on the standard, typical, usual or customary. Disruption of the S O P brings Innovation!

How does Erica B doing this? By blending one-part award-winning public speaking experience with two-parts appetite for training and development...all the while, folding in personal "ah-ha"​ moments from my own journey in job search and personal branding. This is my signature recipe for a relevant, strategic, and results-driven client experience.

Emphasizing "Strategy Navigation"​, I’ve trained 4500 people, and matched people to positions/programs within 6 different organizations servicing +3000 unique participants within my tenure as a Trainer and Coach.

Personally impacted by the ripples of the Great Recession, I learned how to rebound from the loss of 3 jobs due to workforce reductions since 2009, and can personally attest to how long-term unemployment initiates the Cycle of Depression that many can't climb out of. The search for work, whether a soon-to-be college graduate or a pink-slipped industry veteran is now a long term, multi-generational issue that can only be addressed with disruption of the S O P.

This is not a transactional job search; it is a sustainable strategic plan!
