Eliza, who goes by "Ellie", is a Leadership Consultant, Youth Mentor and Certified Financial Wellness Planner. Formerly, Ellie served as Head of Sales at a start-up Financial Services company where during her 3 year leadership, the company achieved a 33% sales increase totaling over $2.3 million in revenue. She has over 7 years of experience in Sales, Financial Services and Leadership Development; all areas in which she consults for organizations and mentors young professionals.
Ellie cares deeply about youth development and empowerment which is inspired by her journey as a mother of four. In addition, she is passionate about educating families in establishing financial wellness for themselves and for their legacies. Outside of her professional activities, she is developing a non-profit that will offer financial literacy, entrepreneurship and career development workshops for youth and young adults in South Central LA.
