"Experienced" is an understatement when it comes to beauty industry professional ElishaMonique. With a vast amount of experience in many different areas of beauty this 15 plus year hairstylist, makeup-pro, platform artist and educator has seen it all and done it all.
Since acquiring her cosmetology license in 2001 ElishaMonique has owned a six-figure hair salon suites business that provided apprenticeships for newly licensed professionals, was a beauty school instructor for Beauty Schools of America, and a creative educator for Matrix, a division of L'Oreal.
ElishaMonique is also a published artist who graced the pages of many industry publications like Modern Salon and Sophisticates Black Hair and was a direct contributor to Hype Hair Magazine working directly with editor-in-chief Adrienne Moore. This lead to her working with many celebrities like Reggae icon Sean Paul, R&B Diva Mya, and Superstar Pitbull to name a few.
With an overwhelming dedication to the beauty industry, this now published author's journey continues with her new educational platform sharing her knowledge to budding beauty professionals across the country, teaching them how to structure and grow their beauty businesses to succeed in this competitive industry.
