I have over 20 years experience in senior leadership; my experience includes responsibility for staff, leadership and organizational development.

I am a Board Certified Coach (CCE); am certified as an executive coach (Weatherhead/CWRU, and have completed the Emotionally Intelligent Leader certificate program at Weatherhead as well.

I draw my clients from women in leadership roles and local entrepreneurs.
