Bio

Drop is the Founder and Co-Owner of Motivational Drop, Inc. He is also Chairman of The Youth Moral Compass Charity. He was a Mental Health Counselor with over 25 years of experience working in mental health facilities and hospitals. He have spent time teaching other professionals about mental & behavioral health issues. He also was trained to work with Developmental Disabilities since 2002 by the Oklahoma Department of Human Services, received special training to work with kids with autism from every spectrum. He received training as a Behavioral Health Rehabilitative Specialists and Family Support Provider.

He have worked with students, teachers and support staff as a Computer Technician and Technology Director in Public Schools in Oklahoma. He is now retired as a 100% disabled veteran. He served in the United States Army from 1998 to 2014 as a Human Resources Specialist, Postal Sergeant, Equal Opportunity Officer, and Training Non-Commissioned Officer for the 95th Training Division. He has been a Youth Minister and Evangelist for over 20 years, helping to guide and mentor kids of all ages and their families.

He is a very energetic man that loves to help people grow and develop into their full potential.
