I've spent my academic career traveling and competing in speech and debate competitions winning several national awards. In my professional career, I spend time networking with individuals and matching them with business opportunity or solutions.

I currently work in the health and wellness industry encouraging others to change and improve their lifestyle. I have been fortunate to lose over 50lbs during my journey and believe that others can achieve great things with motivation and encouragement.
