My name is Chris and I am a leadership professional looking to help provide influence in your life by sharing my experiences and knowledge. My foundation of leadership is built on teamwork, motivation, communication, and empowerment. I want to help you gain the confidence to accept challenges, engage in difficult conversations, properly receive and deliver feedback, and strengthen your collaboration skills.
There are many levels to each of these areas and we can speak to as many or as few as are relevant to your needs and expectations. I encourage improving emotional intelligence and providing an open communication environment for your team. I believe these two areas vastly help improve the trust and transparency of a team. I have experience with team building, leading teams, learning communication styles, and conflict management.
I'm very enthusiastic, outgoing, and passionate about leadership. I even went back to school at the ripe age of 36 to get my Master's in Leadership! I hope you'll reach out to me for any future speaking engagements or trainings. I've done workshops, trainings, motivational speeches, and numerous presentations to groups up to almost 500 people. I've helped departments build mentor programs and engage in difficult conversations.
As someone who has made a drastic career change in his late 30s, I can discuss the advantages to constantly evaluating your goals and mental wellness. There are many advantages to self-assessment and reflection to help you find what you are truly meant to do. As scary as it may be, there is no downside to at least starting a conversation about where you are in your career and where you want to go.
I am located in Maine but fully capable of doing virtual trainings as well. We have all had to adapt since COVID-19 and the virtual world can be just as impactful as in person.
