With over 20+ years of experience teaching (and learning) leadership and customer service skills, I launched Buckeye Workforce Development in late 2016. Utilizing many years of experience and a short-lived (4+years) standup comedy career, I am equipped to teach leaders, teams, and staff how to get better results through better relationships.

Over the past several years, I've worked with a wide variety of businesses and agencies from businesses and country clubs to colleges, government agencies, and non-profits.

In 2018 I published The Relationally Driven Approach which is an introduction to a framework of principles for engaging with others, and in 2021 I published The Parent's Guide to Workforce Readiness.
