Hi, I'm Durga Rajesh Duvvi, a Product Manager with a deep passion for transforming digital banking and fintech products. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with some amazing companies like Wells Fargo, Razorpay, Niyo, and now KiwiBank, where I’ve led teams to create innovative products that make people’s financial lives simpler and more intuitive.
I’ve been involved in everything from building digital wallets and AI-powered credit products to designing investment platforms and launching lending solutions. For me, it’s always about how technology can solve real problems for real people, and that’s what drives me every day.
Along the way, I’ve learned a lot; through success, yes, but also through the many challenges and failures that have shaped my career. I believe in being transparent about those failures because they’re just as important as the wins. In fact, they’re often the stepping stones to bigger breakthroughs.
I’m truly honored to have received the Indian Achievers Award and the BusinessMint Award; recognitions that motivate me to keep pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in the fintech and product management space. Outside of product management, I’m also passionate about mentoring, sharing my experiences, and helping others grow in the tech and product space.
