A pioneer in the fields of spiritual science, coaching and energetic healing, Dr. Lin is a visionary, thought leader and advocate for those seeking to integrate spiritual principles into their lifestyle. Bringing forward the best of eastern and western traditions, her multidimensional approach to personal and professional development provides a greater perspective and ability to problem solve, supporting those willing to transition into new ways of thinking and being. Speaker, trainer and author, 5th degree black belt, she is also board chair for A Window Between Worlds, a 501-C non profit using the creative healing arts to help end the cycle of domestic violence. She is a survivor of trauma who has turned it into wisdom, compassion and joy. Her stories uplift, inspire and motivate others to do the same.

High Stress, HIgh Stakes: Building a Better Workplace

Trauma costs money and claims lives. This presentation focuses on specific and cost effective ways to navigate the impact of traumatic stress. High anxiety/stress dis-order impacts roughly 5.2 million people between 18 and 54 and costs an estimated 46.6 billion dollars a year. Left untreated and unexamined, post traumatic stress lodges in the body and creates chronic pain and disease. For the last 17 plus years Dr. Lin has helped companies, individuals and families transform trauma into the energy for growth, creativity and greater productivity.
