Don is an experienced pastor, entrepreneur, and business leader. In 2008, he co-founded National Care Advisors, a case management and consulting firm that has made multiple appearances on the Inc. 5000 list and where he currently serves as Executive Vice President of Clinical Services. In addition, he is an ordained minister and planted Crossroads Church in 2015, where he currently serves as Lead Pastor. Feeling the call to share his experiences to encourage and help others, The Don Ryan Company was founded in 2022 as the vehicle to promote these efforts.
Don has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree, Master's degrees in Nursing and Ministry, and is currently completing a Doctor of Ministry degree with an emphasis in Pastoral Leadership.
