With over 25 years of experience in team building, process and project management, I bring a unique mixture of practical and theoretical expertise. Working at all levels from entry to top management, I empower people to make positive choices and understand their impact in their own life and in the workplace regardless of their position. Using training and experience from Vision Quests, Life Coaching, Psychotherapy, Firefighting/EMT, and the Incident Command System experience, I have the ability to really hear what people are saying and what they want to say but don’t. I help them find out what they want, what is important to them, and how to work on their passions both professionally and personally. I help them draw out hidden talents, and find their potential. Coaching is hard work. It is up to you to do the heavy lifting. I’m not afraid to get my hands dirty helping you get to where you want to be. As your coach, I will help you realize your vision into reality. I will be with you as you discover what you can do when your mind is in sharp focus, knowing the steps to take and how to achieve what you really desire to live the authentic life.
