David holds an MBA from Queen's University and is committed to continuous learning, having completed Graduate coursework at Harvard University and the University of Toronto. He is an expert in talent optimization and business resilience, with over 25 years experience in leadership development, change management, talent acquisition and productivity improvement across many industries. David's experience growing people and business units have included dramatic success as an Enterprise Global Manager, Financial Services at Microsoft, along with executive coaching and consulting to 28% of Canada's Best Managed Companies.
