After undergoing successful bariatric surgery in 2023, I transformed my life by shedding over 100 pounds and gaining a renewed perspective on health, mindset, and resilience. This journey wasn’t just about physical change—it was a profound mental and emotional transformation that required navigating difficult times, embracing challenges, and cultivating a mindset of perseverance.
