Bio

David Boyd is an award-winning educator, powerful motivational speaker, and transformational linguist. An IACC and ICF Certified Life Coach (CLC), David offers transformational personal and professional coaching, mentoring, and motivational speaking in character and leadership development.

Drawing on over a quarter century of expertise and passion, David seamlessly blends timeless truths from Chinese classics, such as Sun Tzu’s Art of War and the Classic on the Way and Personal Power (Dao De Jing), with cutting-edge coaching techniques including Growth Mindset and Emotional Intelligence to empower individuals and organizations to gain clarity on their identity and purpose to make their Way through the maze of life.

With these he shares authentic insights gleaned from his own journey through toxic perfectionism and performance-based worth, addiction and self-abuse, codependency and people pleasing, and destructive self-talk and limiting beliefs.

David's ultimate goals are threefold -- to uncover, recover, and discover:

1. Uncover: To help people uncover their true identity and embrace their place in the universe as unique treasures free from limiting beliefs and labels.

2. Recover: To assist people as they recover their self-worth and ground it in their identity instead of their performance to recover their infinite potential and possibility.

3. Discover: To guide people as they discover their unique gifts and passionately pursue their personal purpose on this planet.
