Bio

Lee Crockett, MBA is an Executive, Career and Sales Coach and the founder of Lee Crockett Consulting. She has been leading successful teams for over a decade, with expertise in sales, training, and professional development. Lee graduated from Boston University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Entrepreneurship and Small Business Management, and graduated from Babson College with an MBA in Entrepreneurship. Throughout her career, she’s worked for top CPG and manufacturing companies, such as Frito-Lay, Nestle, and FXI.

Inspired to make a larger impact with women, Lee combined her passions for leading, coaching, and professional development with her MBA and launched her coaching practice in 2020. There, she helps high-achieving professional women get the title and pay they deserve by fast-tracking their promotions, overcoming imposter syndrome, and taking control of their careers. Lee’s mission is to help women shatter the glass ceiling and create their own seat at the table through executive coaching, sales training, and talent development.
