I have been a Licensed Master’s Social Worker for over 27 years working with individuals on self-care, stress management skills, mindfulness, relationships, parenting and just managing all the chaos that life can send your way.
I have also been a single busy, full-time working mom of 2 and have been in that place of stress and overwhelm. I learned through incorporating my professional background into my real-life experiences what is necessary to keep yourself from getting to a place of burnout.
