He is passionate about equity and social justice and is highly skilled in optimizing organizational culture, increasing fundraising capacity, and creating strategic cultures using a JEDI (justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion) lens. Coming from the Arkansas Delta, he uses lessons from his upbringing to guide individuals and organizations toward justice-led advocacy for all.
