I have worked in just about every position you could think of that a corporation could have. Working beside my employees has always been important to me. I love to see firsthand what a position entails, what challenges might occur, and also better understand any issues that the staff may come to me with. I love the show "Undercover Boss" ! Have you seen it? Oh! I believe everyone in any authoritative position should spend a day in the life or job that they supervise. It promotes so much understanding of what employee needs are and helps to cut down on employee complaints and optimize working conditions therefore keeping morale at an all-time high! When employees feel cared for then they in turn care for the company! Caring workers generate sales and growth!
