Clarissa Silva

Clarissa Silva is a Behavioral Scientist, Researcher, and Founder of C Silva Solutions, LLC, a behavioral science research and design consulting firm. She is an independent consultant, specializing in the technology sector, with 20 years of experience.

After working in Infectious Disease and designing models that became national standards of practice, creating International and Domestic gold standards of care, and raising over $1B USD, she founded her own company in 2016. She advises on consumer behavior, predictive modeling, process re-engineering, change, marketing research, statistical modeling, and employee relationship management.

She was trained as a scientist and researcher at the University of Michigan where she received the prestigious National Institutes of Health Ford/Fogarty fellowship. She has been affiliated with NY Presbyterian/Columbia University Medical Center, NY Presbyterian Cornell Medical Center-Payne Whitney Clinic, Harvard University, Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, New York State Psychiatric Institute, and the United Nations. She is currently a member of Harvard Medical School’s IOC, which is dedicated to the science of coaching as a practice.

She has published many articles and has the privilege of sharing her latest theories and research findings for Thrive Global. Her research interests are exploring the intersection of technology’s impact on cognition, decision making and behavior. Her work has been featured in 18 languages and 26 markets through mainstream media. In February, she presented her research at the World Economic Forum.
