Known as a "Renaissance Man" by his peers, Dana S. Hubbard is a celebrated author, renowned speaker, educator, marketing professional, acclaimed director and playwright, and award winning film producer. With more than 35 years of cross-industry experience, Dana is knowledgeable in a variety of disciplines and has helped dozens of organizations transform their operational models to achieve unprecedented success.

While Dana has achieved notable success in Higher Education, his true passion lies in helping youth. He is the founder of Dana S. Hubbard Speaks, an educational-based firm that provides empowerment coaching and educational mentoring and training for struggling middle and high school students.

Dana doesn't just talk the talk; he walks the walk, having faced his own challenges head-on and mastered the art of taking the bull by the horns to defeat the odds stacked against him. Ranked 468 out of 509 graduating high school seniors, with 17 Ds and 14 Fs on his high school transcript, the once honor roll student changed the trajectory of his life by daring to dream different.

Born out of his personal experience, Dana created Project 468 Foundation, a pending 50 I (c) (3) organization that equips students with empowerment principles, academic instruction, and tangible skills to enhance and improve their academic standing. Rooted in the tale, The Tortoise and the Hare, Project 468 teaches students that it's not how they start; it's the work they put in, allowing them to finish strong.

Since leaving high school, Dana has gone on to graduate from college with high distinction received other notable accomplishments. Among them, Dana has also enjoyed widespread success in the film and theater industries, having worked alongside Tyler Perry, Spike Lee, Denzel Washington, and Tyra Banks, just to name a few. He made sports history in the National Football League (NFL) when he became the first costumed mascot for the Kansas City Chiefs.

Dana is currently working on two literary projects-iDream Different; and Make Wise Decisions. Both books cater to struggling middle and high school students. Dana is committed to working with youth empowering them with resources and skills for success. His message resonates with his audience, leaving them captivated and inspired to dream different and pursue their wildest dreams!
