This workshop is designed to support the physical, mental and emotional well being of administrators, teachers, and school staff. We will explore the challenges and stressors that educators often face, and provide strategies and tools to support self-care and well-being. Participants will engage in mirror work to explore how they show up in relationship with the audience they intend to engage and serve. Participants will leave with practical tools and strategies that center personal and collective wellness. Overall, this workshop aims to empower participants to be advocates for wellness within their communities.

"The Authentic Self: Black Women and the Journey to Overcoming Imposter Syndrome" is about taking a thoughtful and insightful approach to discussing the common yet often overlooked experiences of imposter syndrome within the Black female community. Participants/Listeners can expect a candid conversation that sheds light on the challenges faced by Black women in navigating their identities and reclaiming their true worth. Join the discussion as we unravel the complexities of imposter syndrome and explore ways to embrace our authentic selves with courage and confidence.
