She currently serves as Government Affairs Administrator at the Business Council of New York State, where she supports the organization’s team of lobbyists and contributes to policy strategies that influence statewide decision-making.
With more than a decade of experience spanning workforce development, community health, and maternal health advocacy, Crystal has built a reputation for transforming community needs into system-level change. As Workforce Development Coordinator at Families Together in New York State, she led statewide training initiatives that embedded culturally responsive practices into the family peer advocate workforce. She also co-founded the Christopher Rose Community Empowerment Campaign, where she expanded programs addressing youth development, maternal health, and mental health—empowering families in underserved communities with resources, education, and support.
