Hello my friends!
I graduated the Faculty of Medicine from Craiova / ROMANIA, in 1991.
For five years I was manager in pharma multinational companies.
But I found my passion in entrepreneurship.
Begining with 1992, I developed, together with my parents and my brother, different businesses : Paneli (pastry-shop where we were trained by american specialists), TehnoProf (manufacture of pastry-making machinery), OptiPro (ophtalmological clinique), ProLens (distrubution of optical lens), ElectroSoft (manufacture of speed dies for locomotives), Control Systems (manufacture of EFIS machinery for military airplane YAR-99-Hawk).
Being an entrepreneur means that you have to be dynamic...to reinvent yourself...to close what it’s not working and go where you see opprtunities.
For this reason, in the last years I developed three new businesses:

Why?
Because my passion is to interact with people. To learn new things and to share true stories. To help people to develop themselves. To inspire.
I am Founding Partner of John Maxwell Team Romania and certified trainer John Maxwell USA , certified coach by Academy of Executive Coaching UK, I have a certification in rhetoric and oratory branded by Casa Paleologu and I am trainer authorized by the Ministry of Education & Ministry of Labour in Romania (with entrepreneurship course certificated by National Qualifications Authority).
I worked with people from corporations (Ford, Decathlon, Espack Eurologistica, Queisser Pharma, HL Display), from Romanian companies leaders in their field and also with people from small companies, but very dynamic.
I was invited by young organizations (JCI, AIESEC, Romania HUB, ASE Bucuresti, Junior Achievement, BookLand etc.) to speak with different occasions.
Motivational, leadership and public speaking trainings, coaching, mastermind groups, conferences, workshops...I tried everytime to be aligned with the words that my friend Ioan Nicut told about me:
