Bio

CrisMarie Campbell is an Olympic rower, TEDx Speaker, Boeing flight test engineer, has her MBA, and is the co-founder of thrive! inc. She's spent 20 years helping men, women, couples, and teams to resolve difficult conflicts and create strong, thriving relationships.

She's co-authored two books, The Beauty of Conflict (for business teams), and The Beauty of Conflict for Couples. She's also the co-host of the podcast The Beauty of Conflict, where they help listeners deal with conflict at work, at home, and everywhere else in your life.

As a keynote and in partnership with Susan Clarke she's given presentations and facilitated teams on conflict resolution, communication, teamwork, and creative problem solving at Fortune 100 companies like Johnson & Johnson, Microsoft, AT&T and Nationwide, as well as, at organizations like the Gates Foundation, University of Washington Medical Center, and San Francisco Giants and many others.

She's coached 100's of leaders and teams to turn team conflict into innovative, collective, profitable results. In their TEDx Talk: Conflict - Use It, Don't Defuse It!, they discuss how to turn a group of high caliber of people into a high performing team.

Along with Susan Clarke she also runs transformational retreats for individuals and couples several times a year, including Find Your Mojo in Montana, Couples Mojo and Relationship Mojo. (She likes Mojo!)

Competed in the 1988 Olympics in Seoul, Korea in the women's rowing eight.

World Champion Silver Medal

Won the silver medal in the women's rowing eight at the 1987 World Championships in Copenhagen, Denmark, when the USA beat the Russians for the first time in 15 years.

National Collegiate Champions

Won the National Collegiate Championships in the women's eight in rowing at the University of Washington in both 1984 and 1985
