People who knew me earlier in my life would have called me an eternal optimist, but I wasn't getting the results I desired. I had happy moments but I didn't realize my obstacles were internal. I lived by the motto "try harder", but my body was telling me that was the wrong advice. Once I understood how to identify and overcome internal barriers, life became easier, better, more peaceful.
There are techniques and tools that get us on the right path faster and easier that navigating our lives with luck. The preparation needed leads us to our internal limiting beliefs. If you aren't where you want to be in life, there are internal reasons holding you back.
