I have more than twenty years of experience in Talent Acquisition and Software and Web Development in a broad range of industries, including the federal government, private sector, consulting, and non-profit arenas. I have consulted with small start ups all the way to Fortune 500 companies.

Before transitioning to recruiting I was a technical professional focusing on data driven web development, database development and technical project management. Beyond my significant technical and hands on recruiting expertise, I have experience with building recruiting teams, recruiting reporting and metrics, online sourcing, ad and social media strategies, university outreach, networking events, and developing training programs.

I have lived in the Washington, DC metro area for more than 25 years and I have run my current company, Talent Mission for the last five years.
