She shares her story of the ups and downs through the years. How finally laying it all down to God saved her, her marriage and her sanity.

Laying It Down

I help women overcome obstacles with mental health by building a stronger relationship with God, so that they can experience a fulfilling life by turning to God instead of turning inward during times of struggle.
Relying on Christ more than themselves. Seeing that when they turn their troubles to God they don’t just go away but we grow in relationship with Him. We learn to put our troubles with Him instead of thinking we can fix it on our own.
