Cindy Costley is a trauma survivor, award-winning author, speaker, and an Allergy/Mast Cell Wellness Coach. With a degree in dietetics, she has been helping her clients make powerful life changes for over 20 years.
For 34 years she also dealt with severe mast cell issues and was often described as “the girl allergic to the world”. At the age of 48, she became extremely ill and started down an amazing journey that led to the understanding that her allergic reactions were actually caused by childhood trauma and that her body had been protecting her from getting hurt again by keeping her "safe" from the world around her. She stepped into a 6-year healing journey that allowed her to become mostly asymptomatic from a disorder that “has no cure and thrive for the first time in her adult life.
Her journey has created the opportunity to shift her practice so that she now works solely with individuals suffering from chronic or sudden onset allergic reactions, or those with a mast cell disorder. Her very raw and vulnerable personal experience, along with her professional background, gives her the ability to connect with her clients in an understanding, compassionate, nurturing, manner, as she uses her expertise to educate and guide them throughout their own healing journey. She is grateful every day that she gets to empower individuals to take control of their lives and heal physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually, and energetically.
Cindy’s clients come to her because they feel as if their allergic reactions are consuming their lives and have not had success healing the underlying reasons behind their reactions. Her clients are looking to do things differently in order to gain control of their lives and heal. Her Allergy and Mast Cell Community and group programs provide an opportunity for clients to look deep inside themselves and put in the hard work to find The Underlying Answers to all their questions, so they can take back their lives and thrive once again.
On a more personal note, Cindy has been married to her soul mate for nearly 20 years and has three wonderful kids and three grandkids. She loves water skiing, kayaking, and boating – basically all activities that involve the sun and water!
