With Heidi, some energy comes into play. Among other things, she is a KAP (Kundalini Activation Process) facilitator, meditation teacher and master of various Reiki lines.
Her high sensitivity has allowed her, since childhood, to have contact with diverse energies and quantum healing. She studied at the University of Constance and at the UNED in Madrid. During her studies, she devoted herself to researching different power structures and neurolinguistic programming, among other things. She has taught at various universities and has lectured internationally at universities such as Salamanca, Padua and Oxford.
During her time in the corporate world, she went through a difficult and extreme phase that led her to make a necessary change in her life. Using various techniques, she has cured herself of an autoimmune disease and thus knows very well the potential that lies dormant in each of us.
Helping others to rediscover themselves and to discover the "divine spark" within is her contribution to strengthening global consciousness.
The awakening of the Kundalini energy through KAP is an important building block in this.
In 2020, in the middle of the crisis, she founded the Mindfeed Institute, Institute for Neuro-Emotional Coaching. A project with exciting content and workshops designed to offer holistic help to people.
