With a firm conviction to enrich the lives of others, he passionately helps people recognize the value that lies within themselves and then equips and mentors them to become the best version of themselves both personally and professionally.
Chris will be the first to tell you that his success is a product of his faith and resilience in action during some of the most difficult times of his life. After having served in both the United States Air Force and the United States Army as an infantry and paratrooper combat leader, Chris decided to use his 20 plus years of training and leading soldiers to motivate and develop others as a speaker and coach. In August of 2017, Chris and his wife Tiffany co-founded The Brooks Enrichment (BE) Group, and continue to provide transformational talks, workshops, and services to enrich the lives of others. Chris’ appearances have included Television, military installations for Joint NATO forces, and a variety of corporations, churches and community organizations.
While serving in the Army, Chris achieved his Associates degree from Central Texas College, and is completing his Bachelors Degree from New Mexico State University in Las Cruces, New Mexico in May of 2020. Chris’ achieved a milestone in his career, of writing and publishing first book, “Motivational Moments: Pursuing the Dream.” He is a certified Professional Life Coach from the American Association of Christian Counselors, and is an active member of the Public Speakers Association and member of Toastmasters International
