From my early days, I was set on leading in the US military; and in 2002, I earned my commission through the University of Florida ROTC program. As a US Air Force Officer, I served as a Behavioral Scientist, Aerospace Physiologist, and Commander.
My journey involved providing human performance instruction to special operations forces, fighter/bomber pilots, transport aircrew, FAA and foreign Partner Nations. I've had the opportunity to fly in 14 Department of Defense aircraft, from fighters, transport and helicopters.
My most treasured memories are leading people and producing high-performing organizational cultures with the right Mindset and Strategy to achieve the right Results.
Simply put, I love leading and sharing my experiences. Yes, I just used the "L" word!
