I am the owner of Zen Float Center.

I would love to get the word out about floating and all the health benefits.

I used floating to deal with the stress of losing my husband to drug use and the anxiety I faced when putting my daughter in rehab.

Floating also helped my daughter after she got out of rehab and she has been great ever since.

I have faced numerous obstacles in my life to get where I am but I am happy and I would love to share my story.

I believe my story may encourage others to never give up. Along with encouragement, I want to stress the importance of alternative therapies for pain relief, anxiety, depression and PTSD.
