Leadership in governments and organisations are determined by politics and there are no ways of avoiding politics. Politics will shape the world we live in even if we want to avoid politics as much as possible. I was a politician who made the bold step of walking directly to my party's headquarters and told the leaders that I wanted to be a part of the political process.
