His tenure as the CEO and Chairman of WS Packaging Group further highlighted his ability to lead large operations, being one of North America's largest printing and label-converting operators.
His expertise in global business was evident during his time as President and COO of Interface, Inc., where he led the company's international expansion, establishing it as a leader in carpet tile innovation. Similarly, as President and CEO of Collins & Aikman Floorcoverings, Inc., his insights and guidance steered the company toward significant success.
