When a colleague suggested I check out ChatGPT in early 2023, I said I didn't have time. He told me to make time.

That was the start of a rollercoaster journey for me: learning about LLMs; testing them; going down YouTube rabbit holes; taking courses; reading books; and launching an AI department.

I now help people who want to thrive in the age of AI.

I am a Certified Brain Coach, with an MA in Psychology and an MBA from London Business School.

I combine business growth and leadership experience (I’ve scaled businesses to 7 and 8 figures) with deep AI expertise (2,000+ hours of learning).

AI excites me, scares me and overwhelms me too. But I know how to turn that chaos into clarity. And that’s what I help others do.
