Grief: the ugly truth

What grief actually looks like, how people react, and what needs to change. Addressing the narrative regarding positive toxicity and how the population has overlooked it's effect on those who have lost. Bullet points on how to deal with the grieving from initial contact and the future ahead.

True love. Yes, it really exists

How to hold on through grief: a personal journey

This is the bare bones truth regarding my grief journey and the edge of survival moments, including my decision to stay in the boat and weather the storm. I give insight into the therapies that worked and didn't work for me, with a recommendation list for those wanting to research for themselves

Hope. The final frontier

I speak about not seeing the road ahead (in fact it was blank) and how through perserverance and faith, I was able to keep the focus on the pinhole of light until it manifested as a ray, shining itself fully upon me.
