Bio

Right from my secondary school days, I used to be in the school’s Literary and Debating Society where I learnt to practice the art of public speaking. In my adult years I regularly attend Public Speaking opportunities in a Christian organization.

In the Educational sector, I have worked for several years as a school teacher and a college lecturer; these experiences have allowed me to further hone my skills in addressing different audiences. I have been invited to some educational association meetings to speak about my published books to head teachers of private schools, and other officials while introducing them for use in schools.

I have also addressed various organizations, schools and colleges on how to improve the standard and discipline in schools. I have taught people who were on access course to University and some communication students how to improve their art of public speaking.

Having worked in the diplomatic sector for twenty years and in my role as a Foreign Service Officer, as Minister Counsellor and Head of Chancery, before my voluntary retirement, I’ve had the privilege of addressing members of the diplomatic communities and the outside world from time to time on protocol and etiquette.

In addition to teaching and lecturing, I have experience in the care sector. These include foster care for young children and adolescents, people with learning disabilities and the elderly. I have written two published books in this area. My varied experiences have given me insights in this sector.
