Byron has spoken in front of both hundreds of people and small groups, business professionals, High school or church events either way Byron has a unique way of connecting with his audience to make them feel like he is speaking to them specifically and not to a group. Working with several different types of groups Byron is very easy to work with and to coordinate details with.

Finding the extraordinary in the ordinary

Harry Potter in one of the movies speaks to snakes. When he does this in front of other people it is so out of the ordinary that everyone is amazed Harry Potter looks to his friends and says doesn’t everyone speak to snakes? Not realizing that this is a very unique gift. This happens more often than not we do not realize our own gifting. The idea of the program is to help people who may or may not know of their gifts and talents. Often they are under-utilized or not at all because individuals do not realize that it is unique and special. By utilizing your current teams as groups this will help individuals in those teams to help identify “hidden” gifts that they have. In organizations, corporate America and teams we quickly dismiss unique talents and gifts because we do not realize that they are unique. This is program is great for team building, team strengthening and team growth. It can also be used and tailored for a group focused on individuals.
