Brian Washington is a Motivational Speaker and Life coach who incorporates High energy, Spiritual, and Life motivating impacts that empower his clients to take ownership of their life journey and successful delivery no matter where they are on that path. Started speaking back in 2002, Brian utilizes his personal experience and time-tested best practices to coach individuals, establish and achieve personal and career goals by asking the right questions and empowering them with the proper tools and techniques.
A sought-after public and keynote speaker, Brian has been active in his community with over 16 years of Family Leadership, Student Pastor, Brand Building and 13 years of entrepreneur leadership. Through his creative work he has helped clients break through the obstacles that hold them back in life and to make them take action in pursuit of their goals and ambitions. Brian formal education includes a masters in leadership that he is currently working to obtain.
From a young age, Brian discovered that his success depends on doing things differently from the usual practice in his community, he comes from a community where it was common for an individual his age to either work in the refinery, become a rapper, work as an athlete or sell drugs to survive and make it. At age 17, he became a student pastor leading and trailblazing his generation. He lived in a home where drugs, prostitution and violence was literally in his front yard but yet he made it out. However, he has worked closely with his lovely wife to ensure his children don't experience the kind of oppression he was exposed to while growing up. Brian has been around the country leading, mentoring, ministering and coaching leaders, he achieved success during this time as he motivated staff & volunteers through multiple original presentations each week, recruited and trained a team of volunteers to deliver over 500 hrs. of community service. His major influences are Eric Thomas, Les Brown, John Gray, Trent Shelton and his dad Kurt Washington.
Brian speaks the language of the everyday man which makes him unique and a step above other speakers.
