Brian Wagner has spent more than 15 years managing engineering projects of all shapes and sizes. Through this experience, he has developed several tactics for achieving professional success and personal satisfaction through an understanding that not all errors are created equally. He will share his G.R.E.A.T. framework for consistent reviews of the work engineers prepare and also reveal how each of us is a Star. Brian believes in providing each participant with tips and tools they can use immediately to improve their team’s work quality, morale, and productivity.

When I was promoted to Project Engineer and then Project Manager the emphasis was on meeting deadlines and sending out more proposals. Rarely was training based on improving the quality of the work, yet the quality of my work is what made me stand out among my peers.
