Bio

Brian brings a unique perspective that can only be found in someone who spent 25 years as a preacher before transitioning into a Profit Strategist. This allows him to speak the language to both for-profit and non-profit leaders while taking a holistic approach to leadership and profit growth.

The foundation for everything Brian does is family. He has four children, including two that were adopted from foster care. The whole point of Brian's work is to care and provide for them.

In what is left of his time, he spends it trying to get a quick round of disc golf in, or at the MMA gym where he works on his kickboxing.

Then we will use that information to communicate with them more effectively in order to better lead them and our organizations.

In our time together, we will learn the 3 elements that are present in creating any culture. Then we will learn how to use those 3 elements to create the kind of culture we desire to have in the organizations we lead.
