I facilitate, coach and educate individuals and organisations so they can create more confident, joyful and peaceful relationships with the money in their lives. I work with a broad range of clients, from women entrepreneurs and social enterprise organisations to law firms and yoga studios.
My credentials span numerous modalities, all of which contribute to how I work with people. As a massage therapist, I understand how our bodies store stress and tension. As a somatic therapist, I know that navigating emotional terrain is an art. I am an intuitive money coach, a published author and a motivational speaker. I have also spent a couple of years in clown school, which has prepared me to have both presence and playfulness on stage.
I started working with clients one-on-one in 1996 as a massage therapist. In 2003 I began to help people find more ease in their bodies and their lives as a speaker and a coach, teaching and facilitating in Asia, Europe, Australia and the Americas.
In 2009 it became apparent to me that one of the biggest blocks for people was money. This led me to begin to develop programs and strategies to help people create more ease with their money stories— changing our relationship with money can have a profound impact on our physical body and our level of happiness. A healthy relationship with money affects everyone around us. How we relate with money is how we relate with everything.
In 2011 I began coaching people on their relationship with money and am the creator and trainer of a three-day program called Get Intimate with Your Digits.(See Video) Bringing the practical and the emotional together offers a unique opportunity to truly transform our relationship with money. In fact, this combination is one of the key elements that makes this work so powerful. My events are filled with music, movement, laughter and play. It is a deep-yet- buoyant approach that contributes to lasting change.
As a graduate of the Money Coaching Institute of California, I am one of over 25 Certified Money Coaches in Canada. I will receive my designation as a Certified Financial Planner within the year.
Currently, I am working with doctors and other experts to explore the neural science of addiction, impulse control and genetic markers for behavioural tendencies.
As a transformational speaker, facilitator and trainer, my presentations and seminars have been described as revitalizing, fun and deeply transformational. I have a playfulness (sometimes called wacky and weird) that is deeply grounded.
I am a contributing author to the Amazon.ca bestselling book, The Thought That Changed My Life Forever, featuring original works by Dr. Joe Dispenza and Dr. Bernie Siegel.
