Bio

Brenda is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) with focus in technology, construction, real estate, healthcare & life sciences, professional services, sports & entertainment, and various non-profit. Brenda is passionate about leadership development, performance management, employee engagement and organizational alignment. With 18+ years experience as an HR professional her background spans publicly traded, privately owned, union and non-unionized environments.

Brenda was awarded a Forty Under 40 recipient in 2022 for her work in co-designing and delivering over 300 Post-Placement Integration (PPI) programs at Keynote Search. PPI supports the success of new hires in their first 90 days through a customized, yet structured, integration program. In collaboration with the new hire and their leader, the program focuses on self-awareness, style and approach, building meaningful relationships, defining success and aligning to the overall strategy, role, goals and culture of the organization.
