Bill's career of over three decades has been marked by success and achievement, not just for himself but for others along the way. As a seminarian early on, Bill learned not just to live for himself but for others.
Working as a training and development professional for leading companies such as Midas International, Ace Hardware, and Veolia, Bill knows how to build and maintain positive corporate cultures where leaders grow and flourish.
And in working with some of society's most vulnerable people, including the homeless, Bill knows the importance, and the positive effects, of being there for others.
"I've held some good positions and I've made some good money throughout my career," said Bill. "But the greatest reward has been to help others achieve their goals. "To help that executive build a great culture, to help a manager earn a promotion, and to help someone without a job get one. That's what's rewarding to me.
