Unconscious Bias

Microaggressions

Microaggressions are statements, actions, or incidents regarded as instances of indirect, subtle, or unintentional discrimination against members of marginalized groups. This workshop will give simple and clear tools to identify and interrupt microaggressions in the workplace.

Anti-Racism

It's not enough to say, "I'm not racist." Participants will dissect institutional racism and learn how to personally & collectively dismantle it through anti-racism.

Racism Restoration Session

Healing from racism is a journey that often involves reliving trauma and experiencing feelings of shame, guilt, and anxiety. These sessions will provide participants with practical tools to help navigate daily and past experiences of racism, challenge internalized negative messages and privileges, and handle feelings of stress and shame.

LGBTQ+ Primer

Learn the foundational definitions and principles around the LGBTQ+ community. Learn how to define and distinguish gender justice and gender equity. Learn why allyship is important and what you can start doing now to be an ally.

Accessibility Training

A disability is any condition of the body or mind (impairment) that makes it more difficult for the person with the condition to do certain activities (activity limitation) and interact with the world around them (participation restrictions). Disability affects approximate 61 million, or nearly 1 in 4 (26%) people in the United States and more than one billion people worldwide. In this workshop, learn about the relationship with the way people function and how they participate in society, and how we all have a responsibility to make sure everyone has the same opportunities to participate in every aspect of life to the best of their abilities and desires.

Diversity of Thought

Diversity is more than what you see on the outside. This fun workshop allows participants to work through personality differences to reach a common goal.

You Belong Here

We all know the importance of being inclusive and ensuring that we make others feel like they belong. But how often do we do this for ourselves? It’s time to stop waiting for others to include us and pull our own seat up to the table--and if there is no seat, make our own table. By being self-inclusive, we can overcome our own self-doubts to truly step into our fullest potential and live our greatest purpose for ourselves and for the world.
