With over 25 years of experience in Business Education, Hugh has a rich background that spans multiple countries. Currently, he works as a Business Teacher with the Dubai Ministry of Education, a role he's held since 2018. Prior to this, he gained valuable experience as a Business Trainer for the Level 1-5 NVQJ program in Jamaica, and later mentored new qualified teachers in the UK for 2 years, where his exceptional teaching skills were recognized through nominations for the Edexcel Pearson Teacher of the Year award on three separate occasions between 2006 and 2013. Additionally, he's been volunteering as a CPD (Continuing Professional Development) trainer with the Ministry of Education in Dubai for the past year. As a seasoned teacher, trainer, and motivational speaker, he brings a unique blend of expertise, enthusiasm, and storytelling ability to every presentation, weaving narratives that captivate and inspire his audiences.
