My goal is to mentor one million authentic global servant-leaders and project managers, and I am on target!

A quintessential project manager, PMBOK /Agile pedagogue, Knowledge Management (KM) strategist, and a technocrat with more than 25 years of result-driven leadership experience in managing complex and multinational programs and projects. A charismatic leader and "value adder,” passionate about PM, KM, spurring the creation of strategic plans that have increased sales and volunteerism by more than 400% in organizations. Developed, mentored/coached hundreds of small businesses, NGOs, and project managers. Successfully managed multi-million dollar projects and programs.

A member of the TRB's (TRB.org) Task Force on KM - AB010T. Member of the AASSTHO’s (www.transportation.org) KM Workgroup that designed its Committee on KM and a voting member of the committee.

Currently, the President of the 3000+member Project Management Institute, Austin chapter (www.pmiausti.org.) Previously, the President-elect and VP of Marketing. I am an authentic leader, an “outside-the-box” thinking entrepreneur with countless innovative ideas, and a business strategist.

A published author, adjunct professor, developed curriculum; delivered training to diverse stakeholders including KM, PMP, marketing, and management, and leadership.

Founder/moderator of two global leadership think tanks totaling 35k+

Radio/TV talk show co-host of weekly Austin Arise! on FM 99.3 and FM 98.5 and local TV
