Ben Campagna is an international speaker, high-performance coach, and behavioral expert with over 12 years of experience at the crossroads of neuroscience, psychology, and holistic health. He works with executives, entrepreneurs, and elite performers to break free from chronic stress, exhaustion, and self-sabotage — helping them regain clarity, resilience, and sustainable performance.

Educated in both Switzerland and the U.S., Ben pursued transversal studies in psychology, sport science, nutrition, and behavior change. As a former combat sport athlete, he embodies the discipline and embodied intelligence he teaches. His method integrates hard science, real-life strategy, and human depth — allowing leaders to shift not only how they think, but how they live and perform.

He started transforming lives even before his twenties — helping people overcome addiction, rebuild their mental resilience, and shift deeply rooted patterns. By his early twenties, he was already being called upon as an expert in multinational companies and coaching C-level executives.

Today, his approach is radically human, fiercely intelligent, and unapologetically transformative.
